Shaquita Maxey, is a woman of many layers of paint on the canvas. She is a speaker, writer, educator, artist, and lover of all things creative. God is Supreme in her life. She recently received her Masters of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Organizational Leadership from Ohio Christian University. She loves to inspire and motivate the youth through art and writing workshops in her spare time. Ms. Maxey knows that it is important for her to give back to the people that she encounter, as she journey through life.

 As a leader, she thrives off of the interactions of meeting people and helping them to drive home on being the best version of themselves. “Embrace being uncomfortable, it is necessary” is something that she believes is necessary when a person is growing to another version of themselves. She believes that everyone has a seed that has to be planted into this great Earth. She has been purposely positioned to help ignite the imagination of others that are willing to see theirs seeds grow in action.
